Our students in Years 1-4 have been busy creating beautiful handmade Christmas cards for our farmers as part of a special Rural Aid initiative to show our appreciation for the nation’s farmers – a fitting way to say thank you at Christmas time.
64 handcrafted Christmas cards are currently en route to Rural Aid which will distribute the cards to farmers in all corners of the nation as a means to say thank you for all their hard work in feeding the country. Maggie (Year 4) and Tommy (Year 1) were very excited to pop their cards in the post and are hoping to take part in more initiatives just like this one.
Thank you to our farmers and thank you Rural Aid for connecting our communities at this special time of year. We hope they enjoy reading the cards from our students!
