Our Year 2 students would like to introduce you to some of their new friends… silk worms!  They’ve busily munched their way through a pile of mulberry leaves and are well looked after by Mrs Gander’s Year 2 class.  You’ll see from the photos that they are at different stages of growth.  Hunter is holding a rather fat silk worm while Ayisha has a worm who has made a cocoon around itself.  Our Year 2 class is excited to see how much their pet silk worms will grow over the next few weeks.
