Farewell from Phil Stiles

Dear Parents and Carers,

Here we are, the end of term one for the year and the end of my time at the College.

This has not been an easy decision however after much consideration both my wife and I have realised that we must make some changes in our lives, and re-assess our priorities. I have worked with the boarders across both houses since 2012 and I can honestly say that it has been both an honour and a privilege to be a part of their learning journey and a part of their lives. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than seeing the boys grow and mature into the fine young men they are becoming and I will miss them all.

I would like to also extend my thanks and gratitude for the numerous well-wishes, gifts and messages of support from you, the boys’ parents and carers. I have enjoyed getting to know all of you and whilst I am looking forward to some changes in my life, know that I am still here for the boys and I hope to continue having a limited but regular part to play in the College.

Thank you again for all of your support over the years.

Kind regards,
